Maybe this christmas?
Maybe this Christmas you might take the opportunity to stop and think about the true meaning of Christmas?
​
Think about the simple nativity. Mary and Joseph, a stable, some animals and the Saviour of the World lying in a manger of hay, not a grand palace, not a holy or sacred temple, a manager, a feeding trough. Maybe this Christmas.... less is more? Maybe this year make space for the Saviour? Maybe this Christmas...have Jesus at the centre?

Maybe this year when everything looks gloomy...be thankful instead for your house that's so roomy. Think about those who are sitting at home, alone, on the street or sleeping in the cold. Think of those with empty spaces at their table, family lost or friends missed so dearly. Yes, it's been tough, in ways we couldn't imagine but thanks be to God for his love and compassion.

Maybe this Christmas will mean more than we can fathom, the simple things are blessings sent from our Heavenly Father.

Open your hearts to Jesus this year and maybe this Christmas will be the most special of all...
